Pilates is an amazing method that can balance ones body! Not only this, but it is interesting and FUN! When a person does Pilates, they will learn so much about how their body moves and works!💪🏼🏃🏽‍♀️👊🏼⁣

With effort, each person can discover the key to their specific needs. This is unlocked with time and practice. ⁣

Don’t get me wrong! Pilates is NOT about attaining perfection! Anyone who really knows Pilates understands this.⁣

But our quest with Pilates is real!!! There will ALWAYS be something physically to work on, no matter who a person is, or how strong their body may be.⁣

Along with this, I want to say that Pilates should not be intimidating for people who have not tried it! As a licensed physical therapist, I fully endorse this amazing transformative method! 🙆🏼‍♀️⁣

Pilates is about working to IMPROVE! And when you improve, you will find many of your limitations, aches and pains, and all sorts of other problems will subside! With dedication, people notice that skills in beloved sports and activities improve with decreased effort.⁣
